How To Start Recording Music/Streaming

Many people will tell you that the way to become an artist and to start recording music is to get in contact with a local recording studio,. But what if I told you there was a much easier way of recording in your own home, and you will become more comfortable with your own sound and be able to create your own creative environment in the comfort of your own home. Little by little you can do this and over time have a pretty decent setup.
This is very possible and obtainable.
The first step is to get a Pc Or A laptop. Preferably one that has at least 4gb of ram and 1tb of storage to start. You can always upgrade later and use external hard drives for storage or a cloud service such as Drive, or Dropbox.
Step # 2 is to get a interface. Preferably a decent one as this will be what you plug the mic into to run into your pc.
A mixing board would also work. The is a decent Presonus kit that you can buy that has an interface but also a mic and headphones.
Step #3 Headphones and a mic, with the Presonus kit I mentioned before, you can get this as a bundle around 300$. I upgraded my own kit with Sony headphones. The ones that come with the kit are pretty decent and work to start.
Some other items that are useful but not necessary, A mic shroud, to keep the mic from echoing when recording and picking up too much background noise, and a mic stand or boom. I have both as I use the stand when recording songs and the boom for when I'm streaming live.
Another purpose/source of engagement/revenue you can do with these items is stream or go live on Twitch,Facebook or YouTube.
Get yourself a Hosting streaming site such as Streamlabs or OBS and stream with your new equipment and get to making those fans online.
Take in mind I am not knocking going to a studio or downgrading the experience a d the benefit to finding a good one to network with and work with, but I myself have found that being able to record my won music and being able to do it whenever I want rather than having to travel to a studio and wait on the producer to be available or have the tracks ready for me, I just do it on my own time and live music that much more because of the outlet it is when I need to get away or get some thoughts out.
